Cipta Tertiary Scholarship Foundation is created to help all the qualified Sarawakian students without ethnics and gender to obtain opportunities to enter and study in domestic universities for better and brighter future. Our mission is committed to providing access to students who might otherwise be excluded by socio-economic, cultural, geographic and other disadvantages in Sarawak and we offer a range of opportunities for those applicants.

Our goal is to assist more Sarawakian students and hoping those students who we assisted can contribute back to the society and build our future nation and generations better.
